I am an early-career mental health professional with experience delivering psychologically informed, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming support. I currently work as a Personal Navigator within Changing Futures, supporting adults experiencing severe and multiple disadvantage (SMD), including co-occurring mental health difficulties, neurodivergence, trauma histories, homelessness, and social inequality.I recently completed my MSc Psychology (Conversion) at the University of Nottingham with Distinction.
