As a Project Coordinator for the Business Central implementation at Tecman, I am responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within the organisation. My role involves managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and maintaining effective communication across teams to ensure a smooth implementation process. I work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and consultants to define project scope, resolve challenges, and track progress, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, I support user training, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize the system’s efficiency and effectiveness for the business.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project activities for the Business Central implementation, from planning to execution- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, and deliverables- Track project milestones, address issues, and ensure deadlines are met- Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders and project teams- Support testing, training, and post-implementation support efforts- Maintain documentation of project progress and key decisions.This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to Tecman’s digital transformation by playing a key part in the successful integration of a powerful ERP system.
