Supply Chain Manager @Kiilto

Kiilto-Klei JSC is a subsidiary of Kiilto Oy, a Finnish family-owned company involved with the development, production and marketing of adhesives and related products, with an export marketing area covering Sweden, Russia and CIS, the Baltic countries, Poland and the Ukraine. In this position I report to the Executive Director, and implement supply chain solutions to improve the efficiency of our distribution network. I manage the import of raw materials, packaging materials and traded goods and this includes imports from Finland, Germany, Poland and the Netherlands. I am also responsible for materials management and to organize and control optimal logistics chains for our customers as well as between our warehouses in St Petersburg, Ramenskoye, Kaluga and Yekaterinburg. In addition I oversee inventory management and the export of goods. An important element of the role is to manage customer services and to negotiate with domestic and international suppliers as well as transportation companies and to interact closely with the Customs authorities. My key achievements in this role include the development of an efficient motivation system based on KPI’s, the design of a set of ISO compliant supply chain procedures and a 10% reduction in transportation costs. In addition I achieved an Order Fill Rate of 99% and zero production breaks through improved forecasting and reduced lead-time for imported goods from 60 to 45 days. I also implemented ERP based inventory management, production planning, and order processing operations.
