As a Quality Assurance Analyst, I contribute to software quality and test automation by implementing hybrid testing strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.Key Contributions & Achievements- Test Automation & Framework Development- Design and build a Hybrid Automation Framework from scratch, integrating Page Object Model (POM), Data-Driven Testing (DDT), and Keyword-Driven Testing (KWT) to enhance test efficiency and maintainability- Perform mobile application testing on iOS and Android using LambdaTest, ensuring compatibility, functionality, and performance across different devices and operating systems- Develop and execute automated test scripts for web applications using Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber (BDD), JUnit, and Maven- Manual & API Testing- Conduct end-to-end manual testing, covering functional, regression, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing using Selenium Grid- Perform API testing using Postman, Postman Automation, and Rest Assured with JUnit, validating backend services and API responses- Execute database testing, crafting complex SQL queries to verify data integrity in Oracle databases- Defect Management & Agile Collaboration- Identify, analyze, and document defects using Jira Xray, conducting root cause analysis to accelerate issue resolution- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to improve test coverage and streamline automation strategies- Leverage Git for version control and GitHub for repository management, ensuring seamless code collaboration.
