With over 10 years of experience in providing high technology engineered projects to completion in China, South Korea, Japan, Czech Republic, Germany, Russia, and the Americas, I am responsible for the full sales, design and after sale service processes. Using engaging communication skills, I develop, negotiate, and act as a development partner with clients worldwide to provide innovative, solutions-based NDT systems, addressing our customer’s unique inspection needs and issues. I am required to be flexible and able to adapt to various cultures to see projects through to successful launches with a worldwide presence. I believe that projects begin from the very first communication, not when receiving a contract. Understanding the customer’s needs is our first goal and through direct engagement in the full project’s progress; including drafting specifications and design criteria, Customers’ goals are deeply understood every step of the way.On projects, I follow a concept I adapted early in my career that I call “From tie to helmet” – it means that I will be with my Customer from initial meetings and negotiation, all the way through to the installation, commissioning on-site to final acceptance testing and aftersales service and support. This hands-on concept delivers the most positive results for both the customer and Nordinkraft and creates long-term, mutually beneficial business relations.
