ABOUT PAVAN THANUJ UPADRASTA
I am an Electronics Engineering graduate working with TCS as Project Management Officer and solely I handle around 900 employees under Ericsson account. My responsibilities cover managing the whole lifecycle of an employee in the project from recruitment, onboarding, project allocation, billing, accounting, separation, and all other formalities. In parallel, I work as an Integration Guardian for the product ENM at account level which involves coordinating the feature deliveries from 90 teams working for Ericsson across 4 different countries. I have a very good experience in managing and interacting with people and am looking for roles which concern Project and Resource Management.
