Acted as a component lead and worked as a team member on multiple features. Assembled a HIL bench setup for testing vehicle sub-systems, involving infotainment, telematics, rear view camera.Tested android system using ADB commands for UI/UX features of the infotainment system, and for calibrating the device configurations. Intercepting APIs to monitor the traffic between multiple modules of the infotainment system using VehicleSpy. Developed a test script for automated testing (Sanity and Regression) for end-to-end feature testing, using python scripting for automating tools involving Vehicle simulator and Vehicle SPY. Tested, Verified and Validated various features, while working with cross-functional teams (internal). Tested, Verified and Validated infotainment features that involved ECUs, VCUs, microprocessors, and HMI, Cluster screens of future electric vehicles. Tested, Verified and Validated various features using HIL bench testing, and different hardware setups, using tools like Vehicle simulator, Vehicle SPY, Vector Canoe. Performed functional, Regression, system and Sanity tests according to established verification plan in Agile test environment.Created test cases based on requirements and updating the same using Excel and JIRA. Tracking and updating the test results, linking them to the test cases using JIRA.Leading development and implementation of controls designs for complex low-voltage related features using either model-based coding (MATLAB/Simulink) or hand coding in C.
