Principal Engineer — Conversational AI Led the end-to-end design and delivery of a conversational AI chatbot embedded in the Qantas app, exclusively serving Qantas Frequent Flyer members. The chatbot enables customers to get instant answers to questions about flights, baggage, refunds, and a wide range of travel-related topics — reducing friction and improving self-service at scale.
