Assembly process planning and product technical support to Pratt and Whitney Canada through Cyient.• Creating assembly plans for Pratt & Whitney gas turbine engines (PT6 & PW series), Analyzing discrepancies raised at shop floor during assembly process and conducting root cause analysis to overcome bottlenecks at shop floor.• Implementing required engineering & process changes into the Assembly Floor sheets (AFS) to maintain smooth process flow with reference to the discrepancies raised at shop floor.• Understanding technical drawings and creating part drawing using CATIA V5 to generate illustrations as per assembly requirements.• Articulating the data collection tag for clearance & fits in the assembly process, Updating limits, t tolerances & torquing values into AFS as per table of limits charts.• Updating foreign text migration in reference to standard procedure.• Maintaining and creation of assembly sequence using SOLUMINA.
