Key Qualifications: • Ability to read, analyze and interpret construction drawings, specifications, owner contract documents and able to negotiate with sub-contractors and subsequently preparing agreements. • Ability to develop, optimize and update the project schedules using scheduling software such as primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. • Well versed with Sustainable/LEED concepts and strong negotiation & analytical skills with an ability to network with consultants, suppliers, and contractors. • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative • Team player with a flexible attitude and the ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple deadlines • Able to prepare, expedite and monitor logs for tracking shop drawings, submittals, RFI’s, change orders and other as determined necessary for project. • Familiar with estimating concepts/techniques and efficient in using technology and advanced knowledge of BIM such as 3D visualization, 4D simulations & 5D cost modelling. • Detail oriented individual with analytical skills, highly motivated and ability to work independently to meet deadlines. • Ability to work in teams and foster a spirit of cooperation while coordinating a variety of activities and personalities; strong people management and negotiating skills within a team environment
