After many years in the Office 365 SaaS space, and working in a start up environment, I am now with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure building the next gen cloud. I am passionate about hiring diverse talent and driving people to achieve the best in their career. I have found my calling as an engineering leader that fuels my passion to lead and grow people + delivering products that impact business. In my previous role as product manager, I led product design with user empathy and obsess about user engagement using data extensively to support product decisions. Over 8 years of diverse product management experience shipping mobile apps and web products in the communications and productivity space. I know the rigor and perseverance needed to ship great products, iterating multiple times, getting it out in front the users and using the engagement data (quantitative and qualitative) to inform product decisions all while building a team culture that delivers results. Rich experience working with UX designers and researchers in delivering great experiences that are sticky and hook the user. Deeply care about being on top of the compete landscape to understand industry trends and influence product differentiation.
