Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Team Lead Recruitment at Heptarc Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd. The Team Lead Recruitment will be responsible for hiring new talent, conducting technical recruiting, managing a team, overseeing communication processes, and providing team leadership. I also obtained two certifications in Generative AI and Recruiting and Talent Acquisition from LinkedIn, which demonstrate my passion and proficiency in these areas. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to help Accelon grow and innovate in the AI industry.
