I’m an engineering leader with 5+ years of experience leading project teams (3–15 engineers) in ambiguous, early-stage and TRL 3-4 environments. I take extreme ownership of outcomes—setting technical vision, defining strategy, and guiding teams from problem discovery through execution—while balancing strong people leadership with sound technical judgment.My background includes designing and operating highly available, fault-tolerant backend systems at scale, including platforms supporting devices. I’ve led AI/ML product development with direct LLM and VLM integration, partnered closely with researchers as a Co-PI to translate research into production systems.Managed project teams of various sizes and budgets - Budget ranging from $200K to upwards of $2M and project team size of 3 up to 15.
