Assisting team in creating and updating documentation (Operator instructions, work instructions, and Forms and communicating the related information throughout the organization. • Supporting team in ensuring QMS, EMS procedures are followed in the inspection and testing activities. • Conducting daily plant walks with team to inspect all production parts for quality problems such as surface defects, color variation, dimensional non-conformities, etc. • Conducting random audits to verify that all parts are packaged and labeled according to specifications. • Monitoring SPC recording, FPA, and inspection reports. • Assisting in PPAP documentation. • Monitoring and upkeeping gauges and instruments. • Assist Quality team in finding root cause for internal and external quality problems and implementing actions to prevent them • Conduct failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA), DVP, DFM for the benchmark data and offer recommendations for design optimization. • Collaborate with the operations teams to study feasibility, assembly sequence and solutions.
