Job Responsibilities:• Responsible for marketing bench consultants.• Experience in Visas – OPT, H1B, EAD, GC• Gathering the information from the consultant before searching for suitable roles.• Identifying suitable opportunities for consultants on job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder etc.• Sourcing the requirements which match with the consultant\'s skill sets.• Communicating requirements to consultants and discussing Billing rate with the Vendors/Clients on Corp- Corp basis.• Communicating with consultants at all levels: Submission, Pre-Interview, Post-Interview and Project Joining.• Developing a very good and healthy business relationship with business partners and consultants.• Submitting resumes through different sources like DICE, CareerBuilder, Monster, Glassdoor etc.• Maintaining a segregated database for bench consultants’ details, rate confirmations, submissions, interview schedules and successful closures.• Responsible for building up good contacts with the Vendors and maintaining the relation with them in getting good requirements.• Regular Follow-ups with different vendors to identity new opportunities.
