ABOUT PAVAN TEJAVATH

I have had the privilege of working for Wipro, a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader in Testing services for six consecutive years, since 2011. During that time, I have not only developed deep expertise in multiple modules of the SAP application environment, I have also mastered the project management, planning, and methods required to test and deploy upgrades, releases and new functionality in the application. I have also been promoted to roles of increasing complexity, scope and responsibility and now lead a hybrid team of 30 offshore and onsite testing and quality assurance engineers. Most recently, we were able to leverage testing automation, specifically the SAP certified automation tool Tricentis TOSCA to reduce efforts by 30% and shortening the lead time required for testing. With careful planning and collaboration with end-users, I am able to execute testing and deliver seamless Cut over experiences, with no unplanned downtime, and 20% fewer bugs found after deployment. I am looking to continue working as an SAP Testing and Release / Cut over manager and leverage my project management and application knowledge to enable organizations to get the most from their SAP investments. I also enjoy mentoring and developing new testing and quality assurance analyst and engineers learn how to deliver a great user experience. I am always open to connecting with other SAP Testing and Release / Cut-over professionals and learning more about the challenges different organizations face in deploying updates and new functionality successfully.
