With over 8 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry, I am a Senior Validation Engineer at KIOXIA, a global leader in memory solutions. My core competencies include designing, testing, and validating solid state drives (SSDs) for various customer requirements and specifications. I enjoy working with diverse and cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and create innovative solutions.As a Validation Engineer Lead at KIOXIA, I participate in customer meetings to understand their needs and create validation test plans. I am a key stakeholder in evaluating product performance, features, and quality from engineering samples to customer samples, prior to customer shipment. I communicate and coordinate effectively with technical leads in various internal engineering teams to document gaps between customer specification and product requirements. I also manage joint qualification projects to support customer product qualification from setting up test environments to reporting results and feedback.
