I have 15 years of total working experience in CAE industryworking on Nastran\\Patran, ISAMI, Hypermesh, PSN tools, Golihat, SAMCEF, SAFE, Pview, PDM Link, VPM and CATIA-V5.Static, Fatigue and DTA analysis of Aerospace Structures. Ongoing work is for the A350XWB program in OBF Wings. Have worked on Bulkhead, Windows Framing, Floor Front Lateral and Upper Panels in S11 Region both in Justification & Certification phases.I have been trained on Stress Analysis using Classical (hand calculation) and Finite Element Approach, Fatigue and Damage tolerance Analysis and Aircraft Structures. Also has knowledge in VPM Tools and AutoCAD- Design (CATIA, ENOVIA VPM)- Fatigue and Crack propagation Analysis (ISAMI, NASGRO, GOLIHAT)- Finite Element Analysis (NASTRAN, PATRAN, Hypermesh, PSN tools, Simcenter)- Structure Justification- Structure Certification- Experienced with Airbus tools (ISAMI, SAMCEF)- Good knowledge in Space & Aeronautical structures- Good knowledge on Metals and Composites both- Experienced in NDT techniques to determine the flaws in manufactured metal and composite parts/Assembly.
