   As the Director of Global Technology Operations, I am responsible for overseeing and managing infrastructure operations on a global scale. This includes ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems and networks, as well as managing procurement processes to ensure we have the necessary resources and equipment in place. In addition to infrastructure, I also oversee the operations of key software platforms such as Salesforce and Atlassian, ensuring their optimal performance and utilization within the organization. Moreover, I manage the operations of essential IT service management tools like ServiceNow, enabling efficient incident and request management processes. I lead efforts in IT automation, leveraging technology to streamline and enhance operational efficiency across various departments. Furthermore, I am accountable for HR-IT operations, ensuring that our employees have the necessary technological support to carry out their roles effectively. Security is a top priority, and I oversee the operations of our IT security systems, implementing measures to safeguard our digital assets and protect against potential threats. Additionally, I manage the integration of IT systems with the finance department, enabling seamless financial operations and data management. Lastly, I am responsible for managing the IT helpdesk, providing technical support to 1,500 + employees and liaising with third-party vendors to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of IT issues. With a team of over 35 employees and numerous third-party vendors, I ensure the smooth functioning of our global technology operations while driving continuous improvement and innovation in our processes.
