Available and can join immediately.Looking ahead to join in a leading Investment banking in FXMM process where I have around 3 years of experience in the field.Global FX Post Settlements Investigations • Manual matching and reconciling trades on External Nostro Accounts using SIR & TLM application.• Liaising with internal pre-settlement & confirmation teams for the trades which are pending for processing.• Reaching out to counterparties (both internal and external) for external and internal fails.• Liaising with agent banks for any payment failures & un-applied payments.• Working with pre-settlements team to resolve any discrepancy in trade between Front office and Back office system.• Addressing the process queries and escalating the queries to stakeholders on a daily basis.• Check for the non-receipt of the funds from the clients.• Check for our payment failures to the clients.• If there are any failures in the payments to the counter party, we as a post settlements team do manual payments (MT103, MT202 or cover payment) to send the funds to the counter party. SWIFTS and payments.• Preparing reports for management review & highlighting the issues to management to expedite the process.• Checking settlement queues to make sure that no payment is stuck in the queues with an error. If found any, then investigate the root cause on why the payment is stuck in the queue and release it before cut-off time.• Manage and reduce risk associated with settlement failure.• Update SOPs with new procedures and ensure information is disseminated in the team.• Prepare EODs for FX cash settlements.I• Break Investigation-Investigation of the Breaks present in reconciliation & responding to client queries received over phone and emails.• UAT Functional Testing: Perform Test plan and analysis before the live stage.• Updating SOPs when there are any recommended changes or any new scenarios encountered.• Process SPE for enabling knowledge transfer to team members to bridge the knowledge gap for smooth functioning of business.• Imparting trainings for new joiners and conducting standard accreditations for measuring their performance.• Escalate unresolved discrepancies to onshore/offshore managers at the EOD.• Ensure client service levels are maintained at a high level with priorities for Premier and Highly Sensitive clients of the Bank.• Manage and mitigate the all risk breaks.
