With over 19 years of experience in the manufacturing and Engineering industry, I am a Senior Project Manager at GE Renewable Energy, where I lead the implementation of new product and technology initiatives. I am a Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (LSSMBB), with expertise in quality management, process improvement, and cost reduction.I have successfully delivered impactful results by managing complex projects, engaging and leading cross-functional teams, establishing effective communication and reporting structures, and optimizing the utilization of resources. I have also spearheaded the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across organizational processes, conducting process analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and applying Lean Six Sigma tools to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
