The objective of SCM is to promote cities that provide:(i) core infrastructure and give a decent quality of life to its citizens;(ii) a clean and sustainable environment; and application of smart solutions to facilitate citizen services.Assist the urban local bodies (ULBs), Smart city special purpose vehicle (SPVs) or other relevant agencies, in completing the CSAF application for the Water Resource Management segment or any other category as per requirements of framework.
