Successfully led large scale global technology and product teams.After leaving Microsoft in 2016, Pavan founded BigLynx, Inc. Pavan encountered the common challenges of Retailers ability to compete with Amazon on Instant same day fulfillment. His desire for integrating technology to solve real-world problems resulted in Data & Machine Learning driven BigLynx that helped multiple companies deal with Covid during emergency. Post Covid, BigLynx has transformed as PropTech AI & data intelligence driving acquisition insights. In addition to BigLynx, Pavan co-founded RealtySlices with Nagesh Pabbisetty in 2021, another former Microsoft executive, an online real estate Private Equity Funding marketplace, has grown to become a leading platform in the community for HNI Investors.
