Over the last 25+ years I have had the opportunity to create a uniquely new vision for the organizations I have worked for. I have served as a strong leader and effective communicator with broad experience in public work and private industries. I pride myself as a strategic thinker, locally and globally. I have executive level experience in facilities, master planning, asset management, capital planning, and real estate development. In addition, I have specialized experience in classified facilities, space planning and design.I also have significant experience in directing staff, resource planning, tracking progress, leading meetings, managing large capital programs including scopes, budgets, schedules, trouble-shooting potential roadblocks, and delivering successful projects. I strive to develop positive relationships with clients, staff, professional services providers, stakeholders, community members, administrators, boards, students, and more. In addition, I support life-long learning and have continued to expand on my education regularly. I am part of a global planning and real estate network at Harvard University.
