With over 14 years at Deloitte, my career has evolved across client service, building products, and leading product strategy—shaped by a consistent focus on strong engineering, high-performing teams, and scalable ways of working. I currently serve as an Associate Vice President at Deloitte Consulting USI, where I lead Strategy & Operations for product portfolios, partnering with leadership to shape portfolio direction, investment priorities, and operating models that drive sustainable outcomes.In this role, I work closely with leaders and teams across the organization to bring clarity and coherence across portfolios—strengthening talent strategy, establishing effective operating rhythms, and connecting priorities across people, execution, and outcomes so that decisions translate into action at scale.Previously, I led engineering for Converge by Deloitte for Banking, helping build and scale BankingSuite, an end-to-end digital banking product enabling retail and small business banks to modernize, launch new digital propositions, or build digital banks from the ground up. I began my journey at Deloitte as a campus hire, straight out of college. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys, staying active through volleyball and badminton, taking long drives, and unwinding with a good thriller or sitcom—simple constants that keep me grounded.
