I am an experienced network professional with over 30 years working for industry leading companies and with a demonstrated history of successful network management, project delivery and operational support. Currently I am the Network & Voice Manager for Lloyd\'s of London, managing a team of 10 network and voice engineers. Together we support 8 global cloud-based environments, 2 physical data centres and 28 offices around the world, both on a strategic and operational level. I am a skilled network engineer with a BSc (Hon) in Management Information Systems and qualified to CCNP level with excellent knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, FortiGate and Checkpoint) and load balancers (Cisco & F5). As Network & Voice Manager, I have recently overseen a number of projects including migrating to a new global WAN provider, replacing our security appliance vendor, redesigning our remote access solution, introducing a corporate Wi-Fi solution in our offices and migrating our global voice solution to MS Teams.
