Reporting to the CEO, the President leads the global Catalyst Technolgies Business Unit of Ecovyst. As a member of the Board of Directors, and as the General Manager, the position also leads the global Zeolyst team, Zeolyst, is a JV between Ecovyst and Shell. As President, the position is accountable for health, safety and environmental performance of the Catalyst Technologies business, ensuring that all our team members go home safe every day. Partnering with the Executive Leadership team and functional leaders around the world, key responsibilities of the position include: Helping each employee to achieve their fullest potential every day, Leading the P&L to deliver shareholder returns, Working with all our global teams to develop and execute our sub-business unit strategies, Supporting commercial leaders to develop long-term partnerships with key customers, Developing tools and instituting processes that create transparency and automate the use of data to build leading KPI\'s and to enable fast decision making, Enabling R&D, marketing & new business development to strengthen our core and diversify our portfolio into exciting new applications, Strengthening our great capabilities to safely and efficiently run our global operations footprint, Creating a culture to enable excellence across our supply chain, customer care and purchasing functions, Leveraging our global R&D footprint to develop the next generation of leading catalysts solutions Supporting M&A activities, including scouting, business case development, negotiating and integrating technology partnerships, equity investment and acquisitions.
