I’m a licensed Psychologist with a dual lens: trained in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology and now practicing clinically. My career bridges the science of human behavior at work with the realities of mental health and personal growth.In my earlier roles, I focused on people strategy — leadership development, team dynamics, workplace wellbeing, and organizational culture. I helped businesses align performance with purpose, using evidence-based tools to drive real change.Today, I work one-on-one in clinical settings, supporting individuals through anxiety, trauma, identity issues, career transitions, and life stress.
