A seasoned, second generation hospitality executive/ entrepreneur, having the benefit of working with some of the best companies and people in the industry. I have experience at convention hotels, boutique hotels, select service hotels, casinos, restaurants, private country clubs, and have owned three nightclubs. My experience in all facets of hospitality gives me and my team an advantage in interacting with a vast array of clientele having different wants and needs. My professional work experience includes corporate ownership, management companies, government ownership, tribal governments, and individual private ownership. I teach my team to plan, to adapt, and to prove and exceed revenue, cost of goods, payroll, and indirect expense goals. I keep myself and my team in a “beta” phase; staying abreast to new trends and listening to new ideas, constantly adapting to change, and consistently tweaking ways to improve.
