My role entails guiding strategic and major Enterprise Commercial customers through their cloud adoption journeys and ensuring the technical viability, performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reusability of new projects and deployments, leveraging the Cloud Adoption Framework and the Azure Well-Architected framework.Building deep relationships with key IT decision-makers and advocating for cloud adoption are integral aspects of my role. I work to eliminate key blockers and assess customers\' cloud readiness, delivering tailored learning plans through partners. Furthermore, I collaborate with other account team members and product groups on complex end-to-end solutions on Azure, remaining abreast of market trends and competitive insights to promote the Azure platform.Active member of the VDI technical community and one of the UK SMEs for AVD/W365 in the CSU working with large enterprise customers to develop and roadmap their cloud VDI journey and unblock issues with product groups.In addition to my technical expertise, I have completed the Aspire Manager and Coaching Habit courses, and managed the internal Professional Services Infra CSA ROB. I actively mentor and coach team members, aiding them in managing milestones to improve close rates and enhance CSU milestone creation.
