My career had an unorthodox start, my dyslexia meant I left school with little academic qualification, but have progressed to senior leadership roles responsible for creating strategic impact through digital change, innovation and engagement. My work has embraced a broad spectrum of large organisations, from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, to global manufacturers, energy super majors, telecommunications, and multi national investment banks. I believe the value I bring them is threefold: creative insight when applying digital technology to strategic opportunities; organising people to identify and focus on what is most important to make change happen; and providing the oversight to ensure money and resources are expended to the greatest impact possible.
