Customerwise is a B2B consultancy helping businesses to better understand their customers\' experiences, and then improve those experiences, along with business performance. We also conduct competitor research. The work we do for B2C clients (mostly multi site retailers, home improvement and property companies, car dealerships, opticians, hospitality and leisure businesses etc.), mainly involves Mystery Shopping (report-based, telephone and video Mystery Shopping). We’re full members of the Mystery Shopping Professionals Association (of Europe and Africa). Normally we help clients to look at the entire customer journey and work with them to monitor performance and find ways to improve their customers experiences. Sometimes we also help B2C clients to study their competitors. We also work with B2B clients (e.g. specialist software companies, logistics companies, HR service providers) and conduct competitor research (often involving B2B Mystery Shopping), surveys, and telephone depth interviews with customers. Sometimes clients want to look at specific areas or achieve specific goals (e.g. converting more enquiries into sales, subscriptions or memberships; increasing custom at specific times, etc.). Often we identify bottlenecks clients weren\'t aware of, or help them find new opportunities to add value and increase revenue. I have a great team on hand to manage client projects, but I still keep in regular contact with clients, and stay more involved with bespoke or complex projects. Aside from gathering powerful information and intelligence, we help clients to act on it. We have a team of experts on hand covering aspects such as quantitative and qualitative research, training and development, and specific industries.
