I\'ve spent my entire career at the center of that story.I\'m an engineer by education — trained to understand how complex systems work, how they fail, and how to make them better.I\'m a power plant operator by trade — I\'ve stood on the floor of facilities generating thousands of megawatts and know firsthand what it costs when the lights go out.And I\'m an entrepreneur by personality — never satisfied with the way things are when I can see what they could become.That combination is what drives me.Today, as Senior Technical Executive at EPRI, I help utilities and the energy industry navigate the most significant transformation the grid has seen in a century — from generation transition and asset management to digitization and what comes next.Over four decades, I\'ve led billion-dollar energy operations at the New York Power Authority, driven enterprise-wide digital transformation, and built bridges between the physical world of power generation and the digital technologies reshaping it.I\'m a futurist — but one with grease on my hands.
