ABOUT PAUL STEVENS

An accomplished relationship specialist with the ability to build and grow trusted client relationships. Having over 20 years diverse (team / matrix) management experience working at a senior level, leading multi-disciplinary teams whilst delivering accountable solutions, acting as an ambassador; bridging the gap between departments, managers, executives and suppliers and most importantly the customer and end user. Varied and knowledgeable technical background, with key skills and drive in People, Account, Project, Service and Supplier Management, Customer Experience, Transformation and Strategy. My career has taken me from training to be a hospital engineer, completing City & Guilds in plumbing, mechanical and electrical engineering, to becoming a telephone engineer. It’s a long story! Then naturally progressing into various account, service and project management roles within the IT/Telecoms, Insurance, Retail, Finance, Property and Public Sectors. Throughout this time, my inner drive to further enhance and strengthen my personal and business competencies led me to study different belief systems from Spirituality (reiki, intuition, mediumship and shamanism) to gaining formal accredited qualifications in Hypnotherapy, Nero-Linguistic Programming (MNLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Life Coaching, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT),Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Past Life Regression and Mindfulness.
