As Head of UX, R&D, and AI at Jadu, I lead the strategic direction and execution of user experience and artificial intelligence initiatives across our software products. Reporting to the Director of Product and AI, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that UX and AI strategies align with Jadu’s mission and business objectives.My role is pivotal in shaping the design and functionality of Jadu’s products, ensuring they remain accessible, intuitive, and innovative. I oversee the UX framework across the Jadu Control Center and all Jadu products, ensuring consistency, modern design standards, and usability while also supporting our Engineering teams in implementation.I also drive the development of Jadu Labs, our browser extension, and lead experimental AI-driven projects that push the boundaries of user experience and functionality. This includes leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and advancing Jadu’s Digital Layer strategy to enhance system integration and accessibility.By working closely with senior leaders, customers, and market trends, I ensure that UX, R&D, and AI developments align with our strategic goals. My focus on innovation and collaboration empowers teams to create solutions that not only enhance usability but also drive transformative outcomes for our customers and end-users.

I operate at the intersection of AI, platform experience, and organisational leverage. I am particularly interested in how AI can act as a force multiplier, enabling sustainable scale without increasing risk or headcount.My work focuses on identifying where confidence, explainability, or scale are limiting growth, then designing platform-level capabilities that reduce delivery risk while accelerating customer and commercial outcomes. In enterprise systems, especially AI-enabled ones, the hardest problems are rarely technical. They are cognitive.My background is rooted in user experience and accessibility, shaped by years of delivering digital services for complex public-sector environments. That grounding informs how I approach AI and platform design today, ensuring new capabilities remain understandable, inclusive, and safe to operate at scale.I work in a founder-mode pattern: conceiving and prototyping ideas end to end, then deliberately transitioning ownership to specialist teams once value is proven. From the outset, I embed evaluation and explainability so products can scale without long-term dependency on individuals. My focus is not owning roadmaps or teams day to day, but creating motion and scaling confidence across products and organisations.Noteworthy projectsAgent-Ex Search:Conceived and prototyped rapidly, then transitioned into a core Jadu product through structured evaluation, knowledge transfer, and close collaboration across engineering, DevOps, sales, marketing, and delivery. Now live with public-sector organisations, with demand emerging through sales and partner channels, including international opportunities.Pragmatic Evaluation Framework (AI confidence infrastructure):Designed a simple Red, Amber, Green evaluation model that turns “LLM as a judge” into an explainable, scalable testing approach, reducing manual effort and making AI go-live decisions safer and more repeatable.Jadu Assist (formerly Jadu Labs):Created as a safe incubation channel to prototype and validate features without disrupting core teams. This directly led to Jadu Assist becoming a named, supported core product, with ownership transitioned to specialist teams for long-term evolution.Visual Workflow:Designed to reduce cognitive load when managing complex workflows.
