ABOUT PAUL STANCATO

I’m a Creative Producer, Director/Choreographer, and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale theatrical productions and live branded events across the U.S. and internationally. My work bridges artistic storytelling with strategic execution — transforming IP into immersive experiences and managing complex creative teams from development through delivery. In the theatre world, I’ve worked on award-winning musicals on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and regionally, including long-running productions like Jersey Boys at the John Engeman Theatre. I’ve served as Artistic Director, built new programming models, restructured staffing, led fundraising efforts, and championed new works — including Taylor’s Inferno, an original musical built around the music of The Doors. On the live events side, I’ve produced large-scale branded experiences for clients like Stryker, Universal Studios, and Cirque du Soleil, including serving as Production Director for Universal Studios Beijing and Resident Artistic Director for The House of Dancing Water in Macau — leading a global team of 150+ across 13 countries. Oh — and I was a Blue Man with Blue Man Group.
