Focus on driving improvements through more effective processes, elimination of non-value added or duplicate efforts, waste and other related defects and variation in the process. Work to identify opportunities, drive operational excellence & serve as a subject matter expert in assigned areas. Work with leadership to develop & prioritize an ongoing action plan to improve key performance indicators. Leverage strong organizational, project planning, & project management skills including the ability to define project scope, process, objectives, priorities, project plans and timelines. Build an effective network of influence for project buy-in and sustainment. Drive culture change & fact-based decision making throughout the organization. Share best practices methods and ideas.
