I am currently the technical and operations lead of the wavemaker organic performance team. My role is to manage both operations and technical SEO across a team of 45+ content and SEO marketing specialists both in Manchester and in London The role focuses on improving team operations across some of the largest and most ambitious clients in the UK. Work impacts on many areas of our service including training, Seo strategy, technical seo, account management, insight, hygiene and risk management. I also manage the training and development of the wider team to ensure that SEO best practice optimisation is carried out across all accounts and is scalable, which helps to create passionate experts in the field. Other responsibilities include supporting our campaign team to help design and create some of the most sophisticated and ambitious campaigns in the UK. All developed to support organic search objectives.
