Responsible for all global Citrix related projects, implementations and continued maintenance.Citrix infrastructure support, maintenance and growth: I work within a team of infrastructure specialists and engineers to ensure Citrix services are integrated, delivered and operated as required. I can translate designs and requests into operations using my own skillset and by collaborating with technical architects and being supported by third parties on infrastructure services. I provide input to overall management - workforce, technology roadmaps, projects and tasks etc. Recent projects include NetScaler migrations, server and product upgrades, infrastructure expansion as well as the day-to-day support and advanced troubleshooting of all Citrix products by monitoring, responding to, and allocating infrastructure tickets within strict SLAs Project management and 3rd Line Support: I am responsible for project planning, management and implementation as well as issue resolution & guidance. Using my extensive technical background, I’ve been successful in delivering infrastructure refreshes, Citrix migrations, and an assortment of server upgrades and decommission projects through the full delivery lifecycle (initiation through to implementation). All have been fully documented and executed to strict guidelines using change requests where necessary.Vulnerability and Penetration Testing: Responsible for addressing all potential Citrix related security vulnerabilities while also appreciating the balance between security and usability - as well as understanding the difference between perceived risk and actual risk. This is an ongoing project that requires daily contact with the company’s security team and external penetration testing and vulnerability management companies.
