Managing director in the Manchester and London offices, and part of the Global Advisory practice. He has more than 25 years of experience in corporate banking in senior roles with Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group, prior to joining the firm in 2010 to establish the Debt Advisory team. His comprehensive expertise in debt advisory includes helping corporate clients to renegotiate, restructure or refinance funding facilities. He has strong relationships with all the main lending banks, asset-based lenders as well as numerous UK funds who are active in the UK market. Paul’s sector expertise includes manufacturing, wholesale, real estate, retail, professional, business services and technology.
