I\'ve spent 25 years asking these questions before anything gets built: What problem are we trying to solve? Who is this for? And what do they actually need?That curiosity has taken me from sitting with construction project managers getting projects in on time, to cloud engineers managing billions in infrastructure spend, to mentoring young adults in workforce development trying to break into tech. The domain changes. The questions never do.The gap between people doing the work and people setting direction is where most organizations lose. Data doesn\'t get used. Tools don\'t get adopted. Strategy doesn\'t reach the ground. I close that gap — going deep enough with frontline teams to understand what\'s actually happening, then translating that into decisions that matter at the top.At Oracle, that\'s meant 23 enterprise platforms across 10 global business units, influencing $1.4B in annual R&D investment and delivering $40M in infrastructure cost savings — built iteratively, with the people those systems serve.I also serve on the Board of Directors for Families Forward Philadelphia and the Advisory Board for Tech Impact, where I\'ve spent a decade mentoring people pursuing careers in tech.
