These process improvements, in tandem with procurement strategies, have achieved a 30% cost reduction in the cost of goods sold, demonstrating a strong competence in fiscal prudence and strategic procurement.At Gatik in 2022, our collective efforts in supply chain initiatives and policy implementation have fortified the organization\'s market position.
