ABOUT PAUL SHEPHERD
I’ve spent over ten years working as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Fox’s Biscuits, where I lead improvement projects across waste reduction, labour optimisation, machine reliability, and health & safety. A big part of my role is developing and mentoring line leaders, leading large teams (up to 59 people), and driving practical change that makes a real difference on the shop floor — particularly through changeover reduction programmes in the baking department.I’ve consistently delivered year-on-year improvements through OPEX assessments, helping move the site forward on its operational excellence journey. As a Master Black Belt, I focus on building strong CI capability across teams, setting clear improvement strategies, and turning data into sustainable results — whether that’s improving performance, reducing cost, or driving energy efficiency.I’m passionate about people development, creating a culture of continuous improvement, and leading strategic initiatives that support long-term business goals.
