Bill Gates said \"As we look ahead into the next century, leaders will be those who empower others.\" This quote defines what I believe to be true leadership. Everybody can be a leader regardless of their job title, but few will act like it if they are not empowered. A leader needs to be able to empower and influence others to help them grow and develop and become the best they can be. This is my passion! I build meaningful relationships with others and get to know their strengths and areas of opportunity and provide coaching and guidance on how they can leverage their strengths and improve in their areas of opportunity. With confidence in our own abilities and the freedom to use our strengths, we can accomplish greatness! When people feel empowered, they are motivated to do their best every single day in every one of their responsibilities. I have had the opportunity to work for a great organization that provides opportunities to shine in sales, service, and leadership and have had the opportunity to make a difference in my own life and in the lives of those that I have worked with.
