They\'re the ones who figure it out on the way down.I\'m a Senior Account Executive at Deel, where I help global businesses: AI, crypto, fintech, IT; cut through the complexity of hiring, managing, and paying international teams. Almost 3 years in, and it\'s been a pretty fun ride: 130% in FY\'23, 171% in FY\'24, and 265% in FY\'25. I was also 1 of 2 reps promoted mid-cycle out of 35+ in the NAM org; recognized for my commitment to multi-product, consolidation selling. Before Deel, I spent 6+ years in account management and strategic partnerships with Fortune companies across SaaS, fintech, real estate, education, and environmental — growing accounts from $100K to $4M+ and building trust with the C-suite leaders who had no shortage of other options. That experience taught me the difference between being a vendor and being a trusted advisor. And that background is baked into how I sell today: consultative, relationship-first, and always focused on the outcome that matters to the person across the table.More than a decade on the mountain and in the market has reinforced one thing above everything else: adaptability wins.
