As a member of the MSP Operations team I am responsible for the following-Setup/configure of Firewalls, switches, access points across different vendors (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Sophos, Fortigate, opnsense, Netgear)-Documentation of network configurations (export and setup of SNMP across our monitoring system Auvik for configurations)-Review and remediation of vulnerability scans (Nessus)-Firmware updates across Firewall, switches, AP’s -Assist in implementation of projects secured by the Sales team -Correcting/adding relevant information into documentation system (ITglue) and connecting all relevant information -Working with customers on ISP cutovers, troubleshooting of Layer 2/3 issues, making recommendations for future scaling -Implementation of MFA for VPN’s (DUO and Sophos)
