Project planning and management of infrastructure and business productivity projects for a leading international FMCG company, including tendering for third party services, contract development, supplier management.Supported a D365 F&O ERP implementation for one of the constituent businesses with project assurance and coaching, preparation of the project charter, using DevOps to track work, and using EV techniques to report on progress.Temporary programme manager for global D365 F&O ERP programme. I led the tendering for an implementation partner, supported with the dedicated legal and procurement teams the contractual and commercial negotiation and successful appointment of the partner. Worked with the constituent businesses and partner to define the scope and overall programme framework, preparation of programme and project charters and schedules.
