About Paul Romano
At Iona University I lead the Finance Club, organizing firm visits, platform demos, and an international trading competition that gives students real exposure to markets and strategies. I also serve as the first Vice President of Order of Omega and hold multiple leadership roles in Pi Kappa Phi, where run charitable fundraisers, plan events, and uphold the integrity of our chapter. My Securities Lending internship at TradeStation taught me how markets work behind the scenes, how to stay calm under pressure, adjust to market modulations, and how to communicate with both peers and clients clearly and effectively. As a volunteer firefighter, I’ve learned the importance of loyalty, leadership, sacrifice, and community, values I carry into every role and client interaction. I work best where integrity, organization, and steady communication matter.I am interested in pursuing a client-facing role in finance where I can help people make clear, confident decisions about their investments. I understand the importance of listening, planning, and adapting to whatever challenges clients are facing. I am open to wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, financial planning, client service in capital markets, and private equity, including analyst, investor relations, or portfolio operations paths, or optimally, rotational programs that gives employees exposure to the complex world of personal finance.I am currently based in the New York metro area, and am seeking early-career roles where I can meet with clients, learn fast, and contribute from day one.
