   Established a globally integrated financial crimes compliance program that enables the Bank to meet financial crimes regulatory standards in the jurisdictions which it operates. Oversaw the development and implementation of a comprehensive offshore program for multiple financial crimes functions resulting in a 60% cost reduction and significant increase in productivity and efficiency. Managed infrastructure improvements, legal and financial requirements, training, and HR functions. Project managed the deployment of new Global financial crimes policies and standards at each MUFG Americas locations. Ensured all businesses adopted common Anti-money Laundering, Investigations and Sanctions processes and practices. Ensured locally required laws and regulations were considered. Managed team of Project Managers to implement 80+ financial crimes operating processes. Executed five distinct project plans which covered 10 business units over four geographic locations.
