I am a strategic leader with extensive experience in middle-market law firms. I thrive on anticipating and managing change. The level and pace of cultural change society and law firms have experienced in the past few years has been more dramatic than in other period. With a global pandemic, changes in expectations about what work and office life is all about, hybrid work environments and what the future will hold, fears about inflation, recession and mental health, we all need to adjust our behaviors towards others. We are all working to understand and plan for the new world order and how we will lead our organizations. I continue to address the challenges that our profession and our people face every day through new filters, carefully listening, learning, planning and coaching attorneys, directors and staff to achieve our collective goals, AMAZING CLIENTS. I work with multiple generations to find common language and motivation, understanding and using technology as a tool to accomplish our goals. With more than 42 years of membership in the Association of Legal Administrators, have watched and participated in the growth and evolution of the legal management profession. I eagerly look forward to the challenges and changes ahead.
